DESCRIPTION:ObjetivosProgramaInscripción\nLos objetivos de esta jornada son: \nResaltar la importancia de la herencia cultural del arte americano \ny su arraigo en La Palma entre los siglos XVI y XVIII. \nSalvaguardar y poner en valor este patrimonio artístico\, \ncustodiado tanto en templos eclesiásticos como en colecciones \npúblicas y privadas. \nFacilitar el acceso a este patrimonio a la sociedad civil y a los \nvisitantes\, contribuyendo al desarrollo de un turismo cultural de \ncalidad. \nReafirmar el papel de La Palma como referente en el mapa \ncultural internacional\, gracias a las extraordinarias muestras de \narte americano que alberga. \nFomentar la creación de narrativas y significados en torno al arte \namericano\, comprendiendo su contexto histórico y cultural y \ndescubriendo el valor de esta herencia para la identidad canaria. \n\n\nPROGRAMA  \n\n\n\n16:30 h\nRegistro de acreditaciones\n\n\n16:50 h\nPresentación de las Jornadas\n\n\n17:00 h\nConferencia.
